The scope of this high architectural finish tenant improvement project included new flooring, light fixtures, breakroom with an operable partition, and all glass office spaces.
One of the largest challenges we faced on this job was the aggressive schedule requested by the client. The location of the project - the 18th floor of a high rise building with limited access added to this challenge. Our team worked around the standard and unforeseen issues and managed noise and odor control for the floors above and below. We were able to be an attentive neighbor and complete the project on time and within budget by working before and after standard work day hours.
