Preconstruction Estimator
Our Preconstruction Estimator leads a collaborative preconstruction effort and provides ongoing budget validation and estimates throughout the preconstruction phase of a project. Our work spans a wide range of commercial construction projects.
Project Manager
Our Construction Project Managers help plan, manage, and execute all production and financial aspects of assigned projects. Projects consist of a wide range of commercial construction types. Project Managers are responsible for contracting and financial responsibilities, scheduling, safety, meetings, and communication. This role will collaborate with owners, A/E firms, trade partners, and suppliers within a team-oriented environment to ensure successful project delivery.
Superintendent
Our Superintendents provide on-site supervision and coordination for all phases of the project, including coordinating trade partners, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are strictly followed and that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. This position will work closely with estimating and project management in a team environment to deliver projects as promised. The Superintendent is also responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Project Engineer
Our Project Engineers help plan, manage, and execute all production and financial aspects of assigned projects by supporting our Project Managers and Superintendents. Projects consist of a wide range of commercial construction types. Project Engineers are responsible for submittals, change management, RFIs, and closeout documentation. This position will work closely with owners, A/E firms, trade partners, and suppliers in a teaming environment to deliver projects as promised.
