STATE LINE NORTH OFFICE BUILDING

This 9,700 square foot single-story wood framed building was constructed on a previously vacant lot. Concrete foundations were placed along with all required utilities and three large underground storm water infiltration trenches. The existing soils presented a challenge under the building pad and fly ash was incorporated to stabilize the building pad. Exterior lot features included a new asphalt parking lot, sidewalks and a high level of quality landscaping features. The building was wrapped with a combination of a rustic stone, pre-finished cementitious lap siding, and a 50 year synthetic shake roof system. 

The interior boasts sixteen private physical therapy treatment rooms, a 1,200 square foot gym area and a large open office. It also includes offices for the management staff and a reception area with waiting room. Public men’s and women’s restrooms were provided near the front lobby along with private restrooms and showers for staff members.
