Shawnee Mission School District - Shawnee Mission East High School Addition

Newkirk Novak Construction Partners completed a 7,600-square-foot, two-story addition to Shawnee Mission East High School. This expansion enhances the school’s functionality by providing multipurpose learning spaces, two new classrooms, storage facilities, and an innovative outdoor learning area. Features include a blue-paneled façade highlighted by a large, glass-windowed atrium. The outdoor terrace offers tiered seating surrounded by native gardens. The addition reinforces the District’s dedication to learning and student engagement.
