The project consisted of a 5,000 SF tenant finish on the building's third floor, as well as elevator lobby, restroom and corridor work on the second and third floors. The tenant finish office space for Complete Technology Services includes glass storefronts, conference rooms, open lobby, seven private offices, break area and open office space.  Outside of this tenant space, we renovated two men’s and women’s restrooms, two elevator lobbies and corridors.  In order to comply with current ADA requirements, the restroom walls were extended, creating the additional square footage required. This unique element required  crucial coordination with existing tenants and tie-in locations.

Throughout the project, our goal was to complete our work without affecting the existing tenant's daily tasks and work schedules. Through consistent communication with neighboring businesses, we were able to successfully complete our scope of work with minimal disruptions to other building tenants.
