Center School District 2019 Bond Program

In April 2019, voters in the Center School District overwhelmingly approved a $48 million dollar bond program and selected Newkirk Novak to provide CMAR services. The Center School District bond projects consisted of multiple interior renovations to all schools, including restroom renovations, kitchen/food service, gymnasiums, classrooms, administrative spaces and theater. Secure entries were added to all schools through interior modifications or entry vestibule additions. A new ground up elementary school was constructed adjacent to the existing school, maximizing the use of the site.
