Blue Springs School District 2018 Bond Program Package I & II

In 2018, Newkirk Novak was awarded several packages of the Blue Springs R-IV School District $99 million bond issue. Package I and II included interior and exterior renovations to ten schools in the district. Additions including ICC storm shelters were a large portion of the work completed.
